Job summary

CIMIC is seeking a Senior Advisor, Mobility & Immigration to join the People & Culture team in Brisbane. The role can be based in Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne and will support national mobility across CIMIC Group.

You will lead end‑to‑end mobility and immigration cases, partner with leaders and Talent Acquisition, and deliver data‑driven insights to inform workforce planning and project delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience managing workforce mobility, immigration, relocation or talent deployment programmes within a complex organisation.
• Strong capability in workforce analytics and reporting, with the ability to translate data into meaningful business insights.
• Demonstrated success partnering with stakeholders across People & Culture, Talent Acquisition and business leadership teams.
• Strong commercial acumen and experience managing mobility, relocation or international workforce solutions while balancing cost, compliance and employee experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of end-to-end mobility and immigration cases, ensuring practical, compliant and commercially effective workforce solutions.
• Partner with business leaders, Talent Acquisition and Workforce Planning teams to develop mobility and talent deployment solutions that support project and business needs.
• Analyse workforce mobility data to generate insights and recommendations that support strategic workforce planning and project delivery outcomes.
• Manage relationships with immigration, relocation and mobility service providers while maintaining service quality, compliance and cost control.
• Drive continuous improvement across mobility, immigration and workforce deployment programs to enhance employee experience and business performance.
