Job summary

Wolf & Williams, a leader in global technology and entertainment sectors, seeks a proactive litigation lawyer with 10+ PQE. You will own a dynamic caseload across Australia and international disputes, including arbitrations and complex litigation in a fast-paced environment.

You will advise on regulatory investigations, manage external counsel, and contribute to risk mitigation while enjoying development opportunities and a supportive team.

Qualifications

• 10+ PQE in litigation.
• Experience in private practice or in-house disputes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive work ethic and agile working style.

Responsibilities

• Lead international mediations and arbitrations, including strategy, evidence preparation, settlement negotiations, and coordination with external counsel and overseas stakeholders.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of domestic litigation and dispute resolution matters, from initial assessment to trial, settlement, or ADR.
• Provide strategic advice on regulatory investigations, inquiries, and enforcement actions.
• Develop and implement dispute-resolution strategies to minimise risk.
• Instruct and manage external counsel (domestic and international).
• Provide proactive advice to the business on risk mitigation and compliance.
