Wolf & Williams in Sydney is seeking an experienced commercial litigation lawyer to manage a broad portfolio of property, leasing and commercial disputes. You will work closely with a respected litigation partner and have regular client contact, with opportunities to appear in State and Federal Courts and tribunals.

The role offers exposure to high-value matters, strong mentorship, and a clear pathway for career progression within a collaborative team.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of post-ads professional experience in commercial litigation.
• Strong drafting skills across pleadings, affidavits and submissions.
• Experience appearing in courts and tribunals.
• Excellent analytical and research abilities.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and mentor juniors.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a diverse range of property, leasing and commercial litigation matters.
• Advise clients on commercial, retail and industrial leasing disputes.
• Assist with property development and franchising disputes.
• Prepare pleadings, affidavits, witness statements and court documents.
• Represent clients in courts, tribunals, mediations and dispute forums.
• Advise on insolvency-related disputes including winding-up proceedings.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships with commercially focused outcomes.
