Qualifications

• 2+ years' post-admission experience with a focus on commercial litigation or dispute resolution.
• Strong technical skills, including drafting, legal research and preparation of complex advice.
• Exposure to commercial disputes, regulatory matters, insolvency or construction-related litigation.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach.
• A collaborative mindset and genuine desire to learn from experienced practitioners.
• Commercial awareness and the ability to develop practical solutions to complex legal issues.

Responsibilities

• Acting in a broad range of commercial litigation matters, including contractual and shareholder disputes.
• Advising clients on insolvency, restructuring and related disputes.
• Assisting with construction and infrastructure-related litigation involving major projects and stakeholders.
• Representing clients in regulatory investigations and enforcement proceedings.
• Advising company directors, boards and executives on risk management, governance and dispute strategy.
• Managing matters across all stages of litigation, including investigations, pleadings, evidence preparation, negotiations and court proceedings.
• Working closely with clients to deliver strategic, commercially focused legal solutions.
