Job summary

Menumiz is seeking an experienced Fundraiser to lead capital-raising, build strategic partnerships, and support growth. This role requires strong investor relations, financial expertise, and the ability to translate business vision into compelling investments.

You will identify investors, develop strategies, prepare decks, and manage due diligence while negotiating terms. A senior background with a network of funds is highly valued and you’ll work closely with leadership in Australia.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of fundraising, investment banking, VC, or IR experience.
• Proven track record of closing investments.
• Strong financial modelling, forecasting, and planning skills.
• Excellent investor deck and business plan preparation.
• Extensive network of investors or partners.
• MBA/CPA/CFA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential investors and strategic partners.
• Develop fundraising strategies to secure capital.
• Prepare investor decks, summaries, and materials.
• Lead due diligence and coordinate legal/finance docs.
• Negotiate terms and investment structures.
• Monitor pipelines and market trends.
• Collaborate with leadership on funding needs.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date materials.
