Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of proven fundraising experience in fundraising, investment banking, venture capital, corporate finance, or investor relations.
• Strong track record of successfully raising funds or closing investment deals.
• Advanced skills in financial modelling, valuation, forecasting, and business planning.
• Excellent ability to prepare investor decks, business plans, and presentations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
• MBA/CPA/CFA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all materials and company information are accurate, professional, and updated at all times.
