Job summary

Lemos seeks an experienced FRP Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day delivery of Formwork, Reinforcement and Concrete works across multiple construction projects in Australia. The role requires coordinating Project Managers, Site Managers and site crews, ensuring programs run on time while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Extensive FRP construction experience with formwork, reinforcement and concrete.
• Senior operational experience in construction or project management.
• Strong understanding of structural concrete construction and FRP sequencing.
• Proven ability to lead multiple projects and large site teams.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of Formwork, Reinforcement and Concrete across multiple projects.
• Lead and coordinate Project Managers, Site Managers, Supervisors and foremen.
• Monitor programs, labour requirements and allocate resources across projects.
• Ensure safety, quality and productivity targets are met.
• Plan sequencing to maximise productivity and minimise downtime.
• Maintain communication with management, clients and site teams.
• Review milestones, pours and formwork cycles for project milestones.
