Job summary

Lemos is seeking an experienced FRP Operations Manager to oversee Formwork, Reinforcement and Concrete delivery across multiple construction projects. You will coordinate Project Managers, Site Managers and site crews to ensure resources, programming and safety standards are met on time.

This senior role requires strong FRP construction knowledge, leadership of large teams, and the ability to sustain high-quality output across diverse sites while maintaining safety and productivity.

Qualifications

• Extensive FRP construction experience across Formwork, Reinforcement and Concrete.
• Senior operational, construction or project management background.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational delivery of Formwork, Reinforcement and Concrete across multiple projects.
• Coordinate Project Managers, Site Managers, Supervisors, Foremen and site crews.
• Monitor programs, labour requirements and upcoming works to maintain schedules.
• Allocate labour and resources based on project priorities.
• Ensure availability of materials, plant and equipment to meet programs.
• Monitor site productivity and overall operational efficiency.
• Address delays, labour shortages or material issues with proactive solutions.
• Maintain regular site communication with management teams and stakeholders.
