Job summary

Core Talent Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead multiple FRP and concrete remediation projects in Sydney. You will report to senior leadership and drive on-time, on-budget delivery with a focus on quality and safety.

The role demands commercially astute leadership, strong relationships with Tier 1 and Tier 2 builders, and the ability to manage several mid-sized projects simultaneously from award to handover.

Qualifications

• Proven PM experience in concrete, FRP, or remedial construction
• Experience with Tier 1 and Tier 2 builders in Australia
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, cost control and contract administration
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

• Deliver multiple FRP and concrete remediation projects across Sydney
• Oversee planning, procurement, delivery through to handover
• Maintain budgets, forecasts, cost control and profitability
• Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders
• Ensure WHS compliance and quality standards
• Prepare progress claims, variations and procurement schedules
