Job summary

Stellar Recruitment in Perth is seeking an experienced Civil Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of FRP concrete-focused civil infrastructure, up to $50 million, within MRWA/PTA frameworks. This permanent Perth-based role offers full ownership of project outcomes, budgets, schedules and client relationships.

You will oversee site teams, coordinate with engineers and subcontractors, manage risk and ensure WHS and quality standards are met.

Qualifications

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
Proven experience as a Project Manager or Senior Project Engineer in civil construction for contractors.
Demonstrated experience delivering FRP concrete projects.
Strong commercial acumen with excellent cost control and reporting capability.

Responsibilities

Lead delivery of civil construction projects valued up to $50m (MRWA/PTA) from award to completion.
Manage all commercial aspects including budgets, cost reporting, forecasting, and variations.
Provide technical leadership on FRP concrete coordination, methodology, and installation.
Develop and maintain detailed project programs and procurement schedules.
Lead, mentor, and coordinate site teams, engineers, and subcontractors.
Proactively manage risk, contract compliance, and project margins.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and suppliers.
Ensure compliance with WHS, environmental, and quality requirements.
