Job summary

EBOS Group is seeking an FP&A Manager to lead enterprise planning, forecasting and performance insight across the Healthcare division. You will lead a small team, translate strategy into financial outcomes, and drive forward-looking insights to support decisive action.

The role focuses on budgeting, rolling forecasts and long-range planning, with emphasis on integrated P&L, balance sheet and cash flow. Strong Excel, ERP, and Power BI skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 5–12 years of FP&A, commercial finance or business performance experience.
• Demonstrated leadership of budgeting, forecasting and reporting processes.
• Strong modelling skills and ability to translate drivers into financial outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own the annual budget, rolling forecast and long-range planning for the division.
• Set planning standards, timetables and governance.
• Translate strategy into P&L, balance sheet and cash flow outcomes.
