Job summary

EBOS Group Ltd in Melbourne seeks an FP&A Manager to lead enterprise planning, budgeting and forecasting across the Healthcare division, guiding a small team and turning strategy into clear financial outcomes. You will own long-range planning, develop driver-based scenarios, and partner with divisional leaders to drive actions and accountability.

This role focuses on improving planning processes, governance and insight delivery.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years in FP&A, commercial finance or business performance roles.
• CA/CPA or MBA or equivalent professional qualification.
• Demonstrated leadership of budgeting, forecasting and executive reporting.
• Strong knowledge of P&L, balance sheet and cash flow planning.

Responsibilities

• Own the annual budget, rolling forecast and long-range planning cycle.
• Set standards, governance and driver-based planning, challenging submissions.
• Translate strategy into P&L, balance sheet, cash flow and KPIs.
• Lead monthly performance analysis, executive reporting and forward-looking commentary.
