Healthcare Professionals Group seeks an experienced Senior FP&A Manager to take full ownership of a short-term budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling project in Sydney. This hands-on assignment requires translating briefs into action and delivering robust models.

You will collaborate with commercial stakeholders to challenge inputs, drive planning cycles and present insights with minimal direction. The role suits a proactive professional with multinational exposure and strong Excel

Competenze

• Hands-on FP&A experience with budgeting, forecasting and scenario modelling.
• Experience in a multinational environment, preferably pharma/medical devices/FMCG or similar product-based industry.
• Proven track record of independently owning and delivering budgeting and forecasting cycles.
• Excellent Excel skills and ability to build/modify complex financial models.

Mansioni

• Take ownership of the budgeting and forecasting project, coordinating stakeholder inputs, managing priorities and delivering high-quality outputs.
• Partner with commercial teams to understand business drivers, challenge assumptions and consolidate financial information.
• Prepare and adapt planning templates, ensuring inputs are accurate and consistent.
• Independently build and refine financial models, including scenario modelling to assess outcomes.
• Analyse performance and variances to inform budget assumptions and forecast recommendations.
• Identify financial risks and opportunities, translating analysis into clear insights.
• Communicate progress and recommendations to commercial and finance stakeholders.
• Work with local and overseas finance colleagues to meet business requirements.
