Job summary

Hola Health is seeking a Senior Finance Manager to lead our financial engine during rapid growth. You’ll own planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting, with responsibility for month-end and year-end closes and cash flow management, delivering commercial insights for pricing, investments and risk.

In this hands-on, senior role, you’ll partner with the CEO and investor-facing teams, build scalable finance processes, and guide a small, fast-moving function as the business scales in healthcare

Qualifications

• CA/CPA qualified with strong finance experience.
• Experience in start-up or scale-up environments preferred.
• Healthcare or technology industry experience preferred.
• Hybrid Perth-based role is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting.
• Lead month-end and year-end processes; manage cash flow.
• Provide commercial insights to leadership for pricing and investments.
