Sharp and Carter in Sydney's Western Suburbs NSW is seeking an experienced Senior FP&A professional to lead a high-visibility finance function. You will own budgeting, forecasting, management reporting and performance analysis while guiding a small team and partnering with operations and other stakeholders.

The role demands CA/CPA credentials, strong FP&A and leadership experience, and the ability to thrive in a deadline-driven, complex environment. ERP/BI exposure is advantageous.

Formación

• CA/CPA qualified.
• Strong experience across FP&A, management reporting, or commercial finance.
• People management experience is mandatory.
• Comfortable operating in a complex, deadline-driven environment.
• Exposure to ERP, reporting and BI tools will be highly regarded.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process, coordinating inputs across the business.
• Own the preparation and delivery of monthly management reporting and performance commentary.
• Analyse financial and operational results to identify trends, risks and key performance drivers.
• Translate complex financial information into meaningful insights for senior stakeholders.
• Drive improvements across reporting, dashboards, processes and analytical capability.
• Lead and develop a team of analysts.
