Job summary

Perks People Solutions is partnering with a respected organisation on the fringe of Adelaide’s CBD to expand its FP&A function. This second FP&A Analyst role focuses on financial modelling, analysis and commercial partnering to influence business performance and support long-term growth.

Reporting to the FP&A Manager, you will develop integrated models, monitor performance, and provide insights across supply and demand planning, budgeting and forecasting.

Qualifications

• CA/CPA qualified with 5+ years’ experience in FP&A, finance business partnering, management accounting or commercial finance
• Ability to operate autonomously across complex environments
• Advanced financial modelling using integrated three-way models and scenario analysis
• Strong analytical and stakeholder-engagement skills to influence leaders

Responsibilities

• Monitor operational performance and provide analytical support for planning and budgeting
• Develop and maintain three-way financial models across profit centres
• Prepare business cases to support strategic initiatives
