Job summary

Perks People Solutions is partnering with a respected organisation on the fringe of Adelaide’s CBD to expand its FP&A function. This second FP&A Analyst role focuses on financial modelling, analysis and commercial partnering to influence business performance and support long-term growth.

Reporting to the FP&A Manager, you will develop integrated models, monitor performance, and provide insights across supply and demand planning, budgeting and forecasting.

Qualifications

• CA/CPA qualified with 5+ years’ experience in FP&A, finance business partnering, management accounting or commercial finance
• Ability to operate autonomously across complex environments
• Advanced financial modelling using integrated three-way models and scenario analysis
• Strong analytical and stakeholder-engagement skills to influence leaders

The Role

Reporting to the FP&A Manager, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality financial analysis and commercial insights across the business. Your responsibilities will include monitoring operational performance, providing analytical support for supply and demand planning, fair value reporting, and divisional budgeting and forecasting.
You will contribute to the continued evolution of the FP&A function by leveraging contemporary tools, technologies and AI-driven solutions to enhance decision-making and reporting capabilities. In addition, you will be heavily involved in developing and maintaining integrated three‑way financial models across multiple profit centres, preparing business cases to support strategic initiatives, and partnering with stakeholders to drive effective sales and operational planning outcomes.

About You

• CA/CPA qualified with 5+ years’ experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, Finance Business Partnering, Management Accounting or Commercial Finance
• A proven ability to operate autonomously and deliver value across complex and multifaceted business environments
• Advanced financial modelling expertise, including the development of integrated three‑way models, scenario and sensitivity analysis, forecasting tools, and robust decision‑support frameworks that drive strategic outcomes
• Exceptional analytical and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to distil complex financial information into clear, actionable insights and confidently influence both finance and non‑finance leaders
• Adaptable and forward‑thinking mindset, with a genuine interest in leveraging emerging technologies, data analytics and AI‑driven tools to enhance financial performance, reporting and decision‑making
• Commercially curious and growth‑oriented, with a desire to challenge assumptions, identify opportunities and partner with operational leaders to improve business performance.
