Job summary

Sharp & Carter is partnering with a large Australian organisation to recruit a Senior FP&A Analyst for the Group FP&A function in Sydney, offering a hybrid Sydney CBD arrangement. You will own budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning, building robust financial models and delivering insights that inform Executive and Board decisions.

Qualifications

• CA or CPA qualified finance professional with Group/Corporate FP&A experience.
• Strong budgeting/forecasting experience and ability to build robust models.
• Experience delivering Executive or Board-level reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning across the business.
• Develop and maintain scalable financial models for P&L, balance sheet and cash flow.
• Produce Executive and Board-ready reporting with clear commentary and insights.
• Analyse performance to identify trends, risks and opportunities; partner with senior stakeholders.
• Drive automation, process improvement and data governance in FP&A.
