Job summary

Linkly in Melbourne is seeking a Senior Strategy & Finance Analyst to join a hybrid role, split 50/50 between FP&A and strategic projects. You will build and own financial models guiding forecasting, pricing and planning, turning insights into clear stories for the executive team and Board.

Based in Melbourne, you will collaborate with Head of Strategy, Financial Controller and CFO, supporting pricing decisions, revenue forecasting, M&A activity, and AI-enabled process improvements.

Qualifications

• 3 years' experience in FP&A, or in corporate finance / valuations.
• Strong financial modelling, builds models others can audit, trust and reuse.
• Strong PowerPoint and storylining, can turn analysis into a clear executive or Board narrative.
• Advanced Excel and sound understanding of what drives a P&L.
• Genuine interest in using AI to work smarter; curious about new tools and willing to embed them.

Responsibilities

• Financial modelling & analysis (core): Build, own and raise the quality bar on Linkly's financial models used for forecasting and planning.
• Budget, forecast & planning (core): Run monthly forecasting process end-to-end and own the budget and 3-year plan.
• Board reporting (core): Prepare Board and executive reporting and KPI narratives.
• Commercial partnering, pricing, M&A & market assessment (strategy): Support pricing decisions, forecast revenue and assist deal review.
• AI & process improvement: Embed AI to speed analysis and reduce month-end close time.
