Job summary

TOM People in Sydney is seeking an experienced FP&A professional to drive strategic decision making through commercial insights, budgeting, forecasting and business partnering across the finance function. You will deliver management reporting and financial analysis for senior stakeholders, and lead planning cycles while identifying opportunities to apply AI and data analytics to enhance reporting.

Qualifications

5+ years' experience in FP&A, commercial finance or business partnering.
Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, management reporting and financial modelling.
Advanced Excel and analytical skills.
Proven ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders.
Continuous improvement mindset with an interest in AI and emerging finance technologies.

Responsibilities

Deliver management reporting, financial analysis and performance insights for senior stakeholders.
Partner with business leaders to support decision making and improve commercial outcomes.
Lead budgeting, forecasting and annual planning processes.
Develop business cases, financial models and investment analysis.
Support project portfolio reporting, funding submissions and performance tracking.
Contribute to strategic initiatives, transformation projects and continuous improvement activities.
