Job summary

Light and Wonder is seeking a Senior Finance Analyst FPA - APAC to support budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for the APAC region. You will partner with cross-functional teams to monitor strategic and operational plans, and you will analyse large datasets and build Excel models to drive insights.

The role requires 5+ years in finance, proficiency in Hyperion, and a track record in commercial finance within a fast-paced, ASX-listed environment.

Qualifications

Proven ability to work as an individual contributor in a large matrix organization.
Experience in accounting, commercial, or financial roles with a commercial lens.
Strong MS Office skills (Excel/PowerPoint/Teams).
Experience in financial planning and reporting at market or business unit level.
Experience with AI tools and large dataset analyses.

Responsibilities

Assist in budgeting, multi-year and monthly rolling forecasts.
Deliver monthly reporting suite for regional leadership teams.
Coordinate and report KPIs across International regions.
Provide commercial support to regional operations and supply/demand, inventory, month-end reporting.
Model commercial outcomes including gross margin and procurement savings.
Drive process improvement and automation of finance processes.
Bring financial and non-financial info to support decision-making.
Perform ad-hoc analyses as required.
