Circana is seeking a Lead Consultant in Sydney to influence Australia’s leading FMCG clients through data-driven insights and strategic guidance. You will lead a portfolio of major client relationships, leveraging Circana’s capabilities to drive measurable value and growth.

You will shape client experiences, guide strategic decisions, and develop account strategies while leading and coaching teams to deliver exceptional outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience building strategic client relationships and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience driving revenue growth and renewals.
• Exceptional consulting, communication, presentation and storytelling skills.
• Ability to translate complex data and insights into actionable business recommendations.
• Proven track record leading, coaching and developing high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead consultative sales conversations to uncover client needs.

• Own contracts, financial performance, renewals and revenue growth.
• Oversee client delivery and ensure exceptional service.
