Roadking Transport & Warehouse Services, a Melbourne-based transport and warehousing business, is seeking a full-time Fleet/Transport Coordinator to manage vehicles, equipment and fuel, coordinate drivers and bookings, and ensure timely deliveries. The role focuses on safety, efficiency and client satisfaction within a growing operation.

Qualifications

• Experience in fleet management or transport operations.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple vehicles, drivers, bookings and deliveries.
• Good communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Organise purchase, allocation, servicing and maintenance of vehicles, equipment and fuel.
• Monitor fleet condition and arrange servicing, inspections and repairs.
• Coordinate vehicle movements, drivers, deliveries and collections to meet timeframes.
• Respond to customer enquiries and coordinate solutions.
• Maintain fleet records and prepare reports as required.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety and transport regulations.
