Job summary

CBCity is seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead the Fleet Unit, driving strategic and operational improvements across three depots. You will oversee capital works, asset management and maintenance programs within budget, while aligning with HVNL, CoR and council priorities.

You will collaborate with executives to shape fleet services, promote safety, sustainability and customer-focused delivery for the community.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in multi-disciplinary fleet teams.
• Experience managing light and heavy vehicles, plant and equipment.
• Knowledge of HVNL and Chain of Responsibility requirements.
• Proven ability to develop long-term fleet plans and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and delivery of a 10-year rolling fleet capital works program.
• Oversee fleet operations and asset management within budgets.
• Ensure servicing and maintenance regimes are delivered on time and within budget.
• Engage stakeholders to align fleet services with organisational priorities.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement in fleet services.
• Lead and manage three depots and a diverse Fleet Unit.
