DMC Recruitment is partnering on a high-impact finance opportunity with a large Australian infrastructure corporate. The Senior Financial Analyst will support the financial performance of multi-project portfolios, delivering accurate analysis and insights to help stakeholders understand performance, manage costs and drive informed decisions.

The role covers forecasting, budgeting, month-end processes and developing financial models, dashboards and reports.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial analysis within project, infrastructure or construction environments.
• Strong capex budgeting and forecasting experience.
• Strong financial modelling and analytical capability.
• Confident working with large datasets and translating them into clear insights.

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial analysis and monthly performance reporting
• Support forecasting, budgeting and month-end processes
• Analyse project costs, expenditure and financial performance
• Assist with cost tracking, variance analysis and financial controls
• Develop and maintain financial models, reports and dashboards
• Work closely with project and commercial teams to understand financial drivers
• Identify trends, risks and opportunities through financial analysis
• Provide clear financial insights to project and finance stakeholders
• Contribute to improving financial reporting and processes
