Job summary

JMES (Jon Michel Executive Search) is seeking a Senior Analyst for a leading Australian real assets investment manager with a dual mandate spanning asset management and transaction execution across its platform.

The successful candidate will have 1–4 years of relevant experience across investment banking, investment management or Big 4 advisory, with strong financial modelling, valuation and due diligence skills. Australian work rights are required for consideration.

Responsibilities

• Work with senior leaders to facilitate the acquisition, divestment, and asset management of varied infrastructure assets.

• Working across transactions end-to-end including valuation, due diligence, preparation of investment committee papers and other presentations, and engagement with advisors and stakeholders.
• Assisting with asset management duties across current portfolio.

My client is a leading Australian real assets investment manager with an active and diverse investment mandate across Australia and New Zealand. They are looking to broaden and diversify this investment strategy and actively target core+ infrastructure assets to invest in and manage.

There is now an opportunity for a Senior Analystto join the team, with a dual mandate spanning active asset management and transaction execution across their broader platform.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Work with senior leaders to facilitate the acquisition, divestment, and asset management of varied infrastructure assets
