Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in financial accounting or senior finance roles.
• Strong background in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and controls.
• Experience providing commercial and strategic financial support to leaders.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills and leadership potential.

Responsibilities

• Lead the finance function with accurate reporting and month-end close.
• Oversee accounting operations, payroll, treasury, and cash flow.
• Manage taxation and compliance with regulators and external advisors.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance analysis.
• Develop controls, governance policies and risk management.
• Partner with leaders to deliver commercial insights and pricing support.
• Drive continuous improvement in finance systems and processes.
