Lyra Technology Group, a private equity-backed holding company, seeks a Finance Manager for its Newtrend operation in Perth. You will lead the finance function, drive accurate reporting, budgeting and financial planning to support strategic decisions.

You will partner with senior leaders, manage day-to-day accounting, taxation, compliance and controls, and drive continuous improvement across systems and processes in a dynamic environment.

Competenze

• CA qualification required and minimum 7 years in senior finance roles.
• Strong capabilities in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and controls.
• Proven business partner with senior leaders and stakeholders.

Mansioni

• Lead the finance function with accurate reporting and month-end close.
• Oversee accounts payable/receivable, payroll, cash flow and treasury.
• Manage taxation/compliance and coordinate with external advisors.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial performance analysis.
• Develop strong controls, risk management and finance policies.
• Provide commercial insights and pricing support to improve performance.
• Drive system improvements and enhance reporting processes.
