The successful candidate will be CA or CPA qualified with 5+ years in large, complex organisations, and will lead a small team while driving month end processes and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

• Conduct high level variance analysis on financial performance
• Support the ELT on strategic initiatives to support business growth
• Manage a small team of 2
• Provide ad-hoc support to various projects and other process improvement initiatives

You will have a strong background in all aspects of management reporting, financial analysis, and month end close, experience partnering with stakeholders of varying seniority and be comfortable working in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
