The Role
Reporting into the CFO and managing a small team, this role is responsible for all aspects of the accounting and finance function for the Communities Division, across all stages of the development lifecycle from acquisition to delivery and settlement. This includes:

• Debt finance procurement and management
• Business partnering and influencing commercial outcomes
• Management reporting and budgeting
• Financial analysis
• Financial accounting and compliance

The Successful Applicant
CA / CPA qualified, you will have 10 years+ of experience, having worked in a property development or related organisation and ideally having started your career in a professional services accounting firm. Your interpersonal and communication skills are exceptional, consistently displaying a willingness to provide ongoing support to all key stakeholders.
