Job summary

Sharp and Carter in Sydney's NSW region is seeking a Commercial Finance Analyst. You will partner with operational and commercial leaders to drive business performance, delivering analysis, forecasting, and budgeting to enable strategic decisions.

The role requires 2–3 years in a Commercial Finance or Finance Analyst position, with strong analytical skills, financial modelling capabilities, and the ability to translate data into commercial insights for leadership.

Qualifications

• CA/CPA qualification or working towards
• 2–3 years' experience in Commercial Finance or Finance Analyst role
• Advanced analytical and financial modelling capabilities
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to translate financial data into commercial insights
• Experience partnering with non-finance stakeholders
• Proactive, curious, and comfortable in a fast-moving environment
