Johnson & Johnson is hiring a Senior Finance Analyst to lead the OCNIS and Inventory process for ANZ DPS. You will track and analyse business performance and partner with the business to drive improvements.

The role requires strong analytical skills, financial reporting expertise and collaboration with multiple finance teams to ensure timely, accurate financial statements. Located in North Ryde, NSW.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance and financial reporting knowledge.
• CPA/CA or equivalent certification preferred.
• At least 4 years in finance or accounting with analytical and communication skills.
• Proficiency with PowerPoint and advanced Excel skills.

Aufgaben

• Finance contact lead for OCNIS and Inventory.
• Prepare OCNIS and Inventory Plan during key planning cycles (FBP/JU/NU).
• Track and analyze financial commitments including P&L, Balance Sheet and Free Cash Flow.
• Identify risks and opportunities relative to financial targets.
• Support consolidation of presentations for local and regional stakeholders.
• Collaborate with FP&A COE; GS Finance; Supply Chain Finance; Compliance; and Corporate COE.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and timely analyses and deliverables.
• Ensure SOX and WW Guidelines compliance; timely reporting.
