Job summary

Johnson & Johnson in North Ryde, NSW, Australia is seeking an I2C Senior Lead Analyst - Collections to drive Accounts Receivable outcomes across markets within Global Services Finance.

You will partner with Commercial, Finance, Customer Service and Supply Chain, lead forecasting, risk management and continuous improvement while upholding governance and internal controls. This role suits a senior analyst with strong English communication and change leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or related field.
• CPA, CMA, MBA or other relevant professional certifications preferred.
• 6+ years of experience in Finance, Invoice-to-Cash operations.
• Experience end-to-end in AR, collections, dispute management.
• Experience in a shared services, BPO or multinational environment is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Be compliant with applicable laws and regulations, and follow guidelines in the J&J Credo.
• Maintain Operational Excellence.
• Serve as the primary I2C partner to Commercial, Finance, Customer Service, Supply Chain, and market leadership.
• Accountable for AR health and collections performance across markets including DSO, past-due balances, dispute aging, unapplied cash and cash collection outcomes.
• Present AR performance, cash forecasts, key risks and recommended actions during reviews.
• Primary escalation point for significant AR, collections and customer risk matters.
• Influence decisions on customer risk, payment trends, dispute resolution strategies, and collection priorities.
• Ensure alignment between collections strategies and broader commercial objectives.
• Own and oversee strategic portfolios and drive customized collection/dispute strategies.
• Lead AR forecasting and cash collection outlook reviews.
• Monitor metrics, identify risks, and drive improvements in processes and tooling.
