Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Structured Finance Credit Analyst in Sydney’s North Ryde area. You will lead OCNIS and Inventory processes for the ANZ DPS business, track performance, and partner with the business to drive improvements.

The role involves budgeting, P&L, balance sheet, cash flow analysis, and presenting findings to regional stakeholders. Bring 4+ years in finance, a degree in accounting/finance, CPA/CA or equivalent, and advanced Excel.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• CPA/CA or other financial certifications.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Minimum of 4 years of finance or accounting experience.
• Analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with PowerPoint and advanced Excel skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the OCNIS and Inventory process for ANZ DPS business.
• Track and analyse financial performance and drive improvements with the business.
• Prepare OCNIS and Inventory Plan during key planning cycles.
• Review P&L, Balance Sheet and Free Cash Flow.
• Identify risks and opportunities relative to financial targets.
• Support the preparation and consolidation of presentations for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with FP&A COE, GS Finance, Supply Chain Finance, Compliance, and Corporate COE.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and simplification.
• Provide timely supporting analyses and presentations.
• Deliver value-added analysis and proactive approach.
• Ensure all monthly and quarterly SOX requirements are met.
• Report complies with WW Guidelines & US GAAP; maintain 100% compliance.
• Perform monthly budgeting vs actuals analysis (BVA).
• Generate regional and local inventory reports.
• Review ESO and other Inventory provisions; participate in ESO meetings.
• Prepare quarterly ESO forecast files with inputs from Commercial and Planning.
• Conduct Stratification file preparation and analysis.
• Coordinate with Commercial and Planning teams on ICP adjustments.
• Annual cost roll analysis and cross charges review.
• Follow “1st time right” principle.
• Produce accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Maintain smooth processes with proactive approach.
• Support projects related to OCNIS and Inventory management.
• Conduct scenario analysis for strategic decision-making.
