DePuy Synthes ANZ is hiring a Senior Finance Analyst to lead the OCNIS (Other Costs not in Standard) and Inventory processes, tracking performance and partnering with the business to drive improvements.

You will own monthly budgeting versus actuals, generate regional inventory reports, and support annual ESO forecasts and Stratification reviews while ensuring SOX and US GAAP compliance. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential.

Formación

• 4+ years of finance or accounting experience.
• CPA/CA or equivalent certification.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Knowledge of US GAAP and SOX controls.

Responsabilidades

• Lead OCNIS and Inventory planning processes.
• Prepare budgeting vs actual analyses (BVA).
• Track P&L, Balance Sheet and Free Cash Flow.
• Identify risks and opportunities relative to financial targets.
• Support quarterly and annual stakeholder presentations.
• Collaborate with FP&A COE; GS Finance; Supply Chain Finance; Tax.
