Job summary

Johnson & Johnson North Ryde is seeking a Senior Lead Analyst - Collections to drive strategic Accounts Receivable outcomes across markets. You will partner with Commercial, Finance, Customer Service, and Supply Chain leadership to optimize cash flow, manage risk, and deliver disciplined collections performance.

The role requires 6+ years in Finance/AR, strong analytical capability, and experience in a multinational setting.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA/CMA/MBA preferred.
6+ years in Finance, AR processes, and compliance.
End-to-end Invoice-to-Cash, including Collections, Cash Application, Dispute Management.
Experience in a shared services, BPO, or multinational environment is an advantage.
Ability to partner with Commercial and business leadership.
Proficiency with ERP systems and analytics tools.

Responsibilities

Be compliant with applicable laws and follow guidelines in the J&J Credo.
Maintain Operational Excellence and AR health.
Serve as the primary I2C partner to Commercial, Finance, Customer Service, Supply Chain, and market leadership.
Own strategic, high-revenue customer portfolios and customize collection strategies.
Lead AR forecasting and cash collection outlook reviews.
Act as the primary steward of risk within the collections scope.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance collections effectiveness.
Perform other tasks as assigned.
