Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Finance Analyst for ANZ DPS to lead the OCNIS and Inventory processes and track business performance. You will partner with the business to drive improvements and ensure timely financial reporting.

The role requires 4+ years in finance, solid accounting knowledge, and strong analytical and communication skills. Collaborative cross-functional work across FP&A, Supply Chain, and Tax is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• CPA/CA certification or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Minimum 4 years in finance or accounting.
• Analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Excel; PowerPoint.
• Desirable: SOX controls and US GAAP.
• Experience with SAP, Tableau, and TM1.

Responsibilities

• Lead OCNIS and Inventory planning and reporting.
• Prepare OCNIS and Inventory plans during planning cycles.
• Track and analyze P&L, Balance Sheet and Free Cash Flow.
• Identify risks and opportunities related to targets.
• Support consolidation of presentations for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with FP&A COE, GS Finance, Supply Chain Finance, Compliance, and COE (Tax, Treasury).
• Contribute to continuous improvement and timely analyses.
