Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is hiring a Senior Finance Analyst to lead OCNIS and Inventory for the ANZ DPS business. You will track performance, support planning cycles, and partner with regional and local teams to drive improvements.

The role requires CPA/CA or accounting degree, at least 4 years of finance experience, and strong Excel/PowerPoint skills. You will deliver timely reports, participate in SOX compliance, and contribute to cross-functional projects across Supply Chain and Finance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• CPA/CA or other financial certification.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Minimum of 4 years of finance or accounting.
• Analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with PowerPoint and advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead OCNIS and Inventory processes for ANZ DPS.
• Prepare OCNIS and Inventory plans during key planning cycles.
• Track P&L, Balance Sheet and Free Cash Flow.
• Identify risks and opportunities relative to financial targets.
• Support consolidation of presentations for local and regional stakeholders.
• Collaborate with FP&A COE, GS Finance, Supply Chain Finance, and Tax teams.
• Deliver timely analyses and presentation deliverables.
• Drive continuous improvement and simplification.
