Johnson & Johnson, DePuy Synthes ANZ, is hiring a Senior Finance Analyst to own OCNIS and Inventory processes within the ANZ DPS business. You will collaborate with regional finance partners to track performance and drive process improvements across planning, budgeting, and reporting cycles.

The role emphasizes strong analytical skills, cross-functional collaboration, and compliance with US GAAP and SOX requirements. Ongoing stakeholder engagement and proactive financial storytelling are key.

Competenze

• Essential: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• CPA/CA or other financial certifications.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• A minimum of 4 years of finance or accounting experience.
• Analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.

Mansioni

• Finance contact lead for OCNIS and Inventory.
• Prepare OCNIS and Inventory Plan during key planning cycles (FBP/JU/NU).
• Track and analyze financial commitments including P&L, Balance Sheet and Free Cash Flow.
• Identify risks and opportunities impacting financial targets.
• Support consolidation of presentations for local and regional stakeholders.
• Collaborate with FP&A COE, GS Finance, Supply Chain Finance, Compliance and COE teams.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and timely analyses.
