Job summary

SA Health in Adelaide CBD is seeking a Senior Demand and Performance Analyst to lead data analytics and reporting for inventory, imprest and supply chain performance.

You will develop and implement business rules, document SOPs, create and update reports and dashboards, and monitor KPIs to drive continuous improvement, aligning demand with supply and supporting stakeholders across procurement and supply chain teams.

Qualifications

• Development and monitoring of KPIs related to inventory, imprest and supply chain performance.
• Plan, monitor, and optimize inventory levels by aligning with demand to ensure product availability and efficient operations.
• Engaging with stakeholders to understand and develop requirements for reporting and data analytics.
• Liaising with Procurement and Supply Chain teams regarding contracts, purchasing, demand planning and strategy as it relates to inventory management.
• Supervise that inventory methodologies and principles are applied at all times.
• Developing and implementing standard operating procedures and business rules as required.
• Creation and monitoring of inventory management and supply chain performance reports.
• Participate in the development of supply chain optimisation plans and strategies.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of inventory data, control procedures and practices.
