Job summary

nbn is seeking a Senior Field Technician to operate from Mt Isa and deliver end-to-end network services to homes and businesses across Australia. You’ll apply your copper and fibre expertise, work autonomously, and provide outstanding customer service in a dynamic field environment.

Based in Mt Isa, you will handle installation, fault finding and maintenance, with 7am–7pm hours and opportunities for career progression within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• ACMA license preferred with a cert 3 or cert 4 in telecommunications.
• Current Driver’s License and strong communication skills.
• Autonomous, motivated with customer-service focus.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end field service delivery to homes and businesses.
• Install, repair and maintain copper and fibre networks.
• Support customers and work under tight deadlines with integrity.
