Job summary

nbn is seeking a Senior Field Technician based in the Griffith area to join our field service team. You’ll bring strong copper, fibre and fixed wireless experience to households and businesses, delivering end-to-end service with pride and a focus on customer satisfaction.

You’ll work across installation, fault finding and repair, balancing quality with efficiency. Our supportive team provides coaching, career progression and a culture built on inclusion, safety and reliability.

Qualifications

• ACMA licence or equivalent is required.
• Certificate III/IV qualification is required.
• Full working rights in Australia.
• Valid driver’s licence and reliable transport.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair and maintain residential and small business connections.
• Provide end-to-end service from installation to fault finding.
• Deliver high-quality customer service with an emphasis on safety and integrity.
• Travel to client sites as required and work across varying schedules.
