Qualifications

• Extensive experience with copper and fibre network assurance fault finding and installs.
• Strong customer service mindset and communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously in a field environment and adapt to varying conditions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end service to homes and businesses from installation to repair and maintenance.
• Collaborate with field team to ensure timely, high-quality customer outcomes.
