Job summary

LETO Technology is seeking a hands-on Field Service Technician to diagnose, repair and maintain high-speed production equipment in customer sites. You’ll travel regularly across states and interstate to ensure uptime and top-tier service outcomes.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in field service or automation, with Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics qualifications, strong fault-finding across electrical, mechanical and software systems, and a commitment to ownership and clear communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in field service, industrial maintenance, or automation.
• Trade or tertiary qualification in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics.
• Strong fault‑finding across electrical, mechanical and software systems.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, and maintain CIJ, TIJ, TTO, Laser, LPA & LCM systems.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical, mechanical, and software faults.
• Deliver first-time fix outcomes in fast-paced production environments.
• Perform preventative and predictive maintenance activities.
• Train operators and maintenance teams on correct system use.
• Accurately complete service reports, parts usage, and asset records within a Service CRM.
• Manage and maintain motor vehicle stock, ensuring readiness and control of parts and tools.
• Support customer improvements, upgrades, and reliability initiatives.
• Work closely with internal teams.
• Meet assigned KPIs across utilization, service quality, and commercial contribution.
