Job summary

Sandvik Rock Processing Australia is seeking a Service Team Leader to direct and coach a team of Technicians and Supervisors across client sites and Sandvik facilities. You will ensure safety, adherence to OEM specifications, and high-quality work standards while maintaining strong customer relationships.

The role involves staffing, planning, and leading shutdown activities, along with supporting maintenance, installation, and problem-solving efforts on Sandvik SRP equipment.

Qualifications

• Certificate IV in Front Line Management is preferable but not essential.
• Demonstrated experience in a similar role.
• Experience in customer relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach technicians and Supervisors to meet safety and quality standards.
• Staffing and structuring the department to meet budget targets and customer needs.
• Promote a customer-focused culture and strengthen onsite relationships through regular site visits.
• Coordinate shutdown maintenance planning with Supervisors and Coordinators to align with client scope.
• Oversee emergency breakdown services and ensure timely completion per policies and procedures.
• Support installation, commissioning, maintenance, repair, and root cause analyses on customer equipment.
• Drive continuous improvement projects to boost efficiencies and productivity.
• Ensure timely provision of service reports and required documentation.
