GE Aerospace in Australia is seeking a Senior Field Service Engineer to be the on-site technical lead for customers, delivering exceptional service and support while mentoring other FSEs. You will apply Lean and data-driven practices to improve fleet reliability and maintenance planning.

The role requires collaboration across functions, interpretation of OEM manuals, and proactive maintenance recommendations. You may travel interstate and overseas, with flexible remote options available.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent.
• 5+ years in aerospace field service, airline ops, or related area.
• Travel interstate and overseas as required.
• Strong leadership and collaboration across departments.

Mansioni

• Lead programs and provide technical direction to customers and FSEs.
• Coach and mentor Field Service Engineers across teams.
• Guide maintenance policy, processes, and continuous improvements.
