Job summary

Secure Parking is seeking a Senior SecureTech Engineer to support parking equipment and related IT systems across our car parks in Sydney. You will diagnose hardware and software issues, perform preventive maintenance, and install and test new systems.

The role requires IT infrastructure knowledge, electrical trades experience, and the ability to work a fixed roster with potential hours outside standard business hours.

Qualifications

• Experience with IT infrastructure in a field setting.
• Electrical trades experience or qualification.
• Ability to diagnose hardware/software issues on IT and parking equipment.

Responsibilities

• Identify software/hardware issues and repair to restore operations.
• Perform regular preventive maintenance on parking equipment.
• Install and test new parking equipment and IT systems.
