Job summary

Secure Parking Pty Ltd as trustee for Secure Kings Unit Trust is a leading car park operator in Australia with 500+ sites. SecureParking seeks a SecureTech Engineer (senior IT field support) to maintain and repair parking equipment and related IT systems across carparks.

The role requires experience with IT infrastructure, electrical trades, and fault diagnostics, plus ability to work shifts and train junior staff. A fixed roster may include weekends and on-site work.

Qualifications

• Experience with IT infrastructure and fault diagnostics.
• Trade knowledge in electrical/mechanical systems is helpful.
• Ability to work with power tools for repairs.
• Unrestricted driver's license is required.
• Willingness to work a fixed roster including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Identify software and hardware issues with parking equipment and repair them to restore operations.
• Perform regular software and hardware preventative maintenance on parking equipment.
• Install parking equipment, cabling, and IT systems at new carparks and configure/test them.
• Maintain up-to-date information on asset locations, configurations and health status.
• Run diagnostic programs or use test equipment to locate issue sources.
• Record detailed information on issues, symptoms, steps taken and resolutions, including maintenance activity.
