Savills Australia & New Zealand is seeking a Senior Facilities Manager in Sydney CBD to own a portfolio, partnering with Property Managers and clients to drive operational excellence, lead capital projects, and enhance ESG outcomes for tenants.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in Facilities Management.
• Strong tenant and stakeholder focus.
• Proactive problem solving and decision making.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Energetic, motivated and driven with a results focus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations, maintenance, compliance, and performance of the property portfolio.
• Manage contractor and tenant relationships, service delivery, maintenance requests, and tenders.
• Monitor building services and asset performance; identify capital upgrades.
• Support sustainability initiatives, ESG outcomes, budgeting, and CAPEX planning with the Property Manager.
• Prepare reports, audits, risk assessments, and required documentation.
