Job summary

CBRE in Sydney CBD is seeking a Senior Facilities Manager to oversee operations, building services, contractor management, compliance, maintenance and asset performance. You will plan CAPEX projects and capital works, driving asset enhancement and long-term performance.

You will also lead on sustainability, risk management and budget oversight, while partnering with stakeholders to optimise occupier experience and asset performance across a high-profile property portfolio.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Senior Facilities Manager, Facilities Manager or Building Manager.
• Strong knowledge of commercial property operations, building services and compliance.
• Experience delivering CAPEX projects and managing contractors.
• Strong knowledge of technical services, compliance and risk management.
• Demonstrated success managing contractors and service partners.
• Budget management and financial reporting capability.
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Tertiary qualification in Facilities Management, Engineering, Building Services or similar (desirable).

With the development phase complete, this is a unique opportunity to influence operations, optimise performance and elevate occupier experience. As Senior Facilities Manager, you'll be responsible for leading all aspects of facilities operations, building services, contractor management, compliance, maintenance and asset performance. You'll also play a key role in planning and delivering CAPEX projects and capital works initiatives, helping drive the next stage of the asset's evolution.
